I grew up hearing if your hair ain’t right ain’t nothing right.

I spent so much time putting value on how my hair looked I didn’t really appreciate it for it’s worth. I’ve always had a lot of hair and I’ve always tried new things with it but I always tied my beauty to how my hair looked.

Locs changed that for me. It made me see my hair as it’s on entity and appreciate it for its own beauty separate from me. Locs personified my hair. My locs gave me courage. Redefined beauty for me. Made me appreciate my kinks and the wonders they could do.

They literally grew from a twist into a full fledge loc and I did it by myself. My hair is my greatest creation apart from my son.

My locs show my true character. Determined and dedicated. The best decision I could have ever made.

Y’all remember I asked y’all weeks ago about body wash recommendations? Well I shopped and tried some new ones.

I’m loving the @native body wash and I’m glad I gave it a second try. There are so many scents I struggled to choose just one. I wanted something that would cleanse without stripping and this gets the job done.

I’ve been seeing the girls talk about @naturiumskin for a while and let me say, this is skincare packaged for your entire body. I love love love using this after I’ve cleansed with the native body wash. It’s so hydrating for my skin. I can literally feel the oil at the bottom of the tub after I’ve rinsed off. 10s across the board!

I’ve elevated from using the lather from my soap to shave. Judge me if you must. But I’m enjoying @eosproducts shea butter 24HR moisture shave cream. Shaving feels more like an event than a chore especially with this @meetflamingo razor. Y’all peeped the holder? 👌🏾

I’m gradually adding to my body care routine. I have more products. Let me know if y’all want more content about my entire routine. And please let me know what other good products are out there. I’m on the hunt for more.
